Yes. Every product we sell is backed by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) issued by an independent third-party laboratory. We publish COAs for every batch, including the number of vials per batch, so researchers can verify exactly what they are receiving. We believe full transparency is non-negotiable.

Every batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory. Each analysis is performed individually and documented in the batch COA:

Purity: Separates the target peptide from impurities and synthesis by-products, expressed as a percentage of the target compound. All Orvex products exceed 99% purity.
Identity Confirmation: Confirms that the compound in the vial is the correct peptide by verifying its molecular structure against the theoretical value.
Net Content: Confirms that the actual peptide content per vial matches the labeled amount, ensuring accurate and reproducible research conditions.
Sterility: Tests for the presence of bacteria and fungi — confirming the batch is free of microbial contamination before release.
Endotoxins: Detects bacterial endotoxins — heat-stable pyrogens that can compromise research results even at trace levels.

Conformity: A final cross-verification confirming the batch meets all pre-established specifications — appearance, physical form, and labeling accuracy. No batch is released until full conformity is confirmed.

It covers all 7 analytical points — identity, net content, purity, heavy metals, endotoxins, sterility, and conformity. Our inventory moves quickly and we maintain a continuous restocking process. Importantly, no product is made available for sale until the corresponding COA has been received and verified — so everything in stock has already passed our full quality panel. If a specific compound is unavailable, contact us and we will notify you as soon as it is back in stock.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship the same business day for all orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time. Orders placed after that cutoff are dispatched the following business day. Tracking information is provided for every order.

All orders are shipped in secure, discreet packaging designed to protect the integrity of the vials during transit. Packaging contains no external indication of the contents for your privacy.

Please contact us for information regarding international availability. Shipping options and restrictions vary by destination, and certain countries may have import regulations that apply to research compounds. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify local regulations before placing an international order.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is outside of Orvex's direct control. We strongly recommend adding Route Shipping Protection at checkout, which covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you experience an issue and have Route coverage, contact us and we will assist you in initiating a claim. Please note that stolen package claims require supporting documentation — such as a police report or photographic evidence — before a claim can be processed.

Returns, Refunds & Issues

Due to the nature of our products as sensitive research compounds with strict quality and chain-of-custody requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, improper storage after delivery, or orders where the product has been opened.
We take fulfillment accuracy seriously. If you believe you received an incorrect product, please contact our support team and include a photo of the packing slip inside your order along with the product you received. Our team will review the discrepancy and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
